Choose the correct portal link for your application type and start securely.
The portal is hosted on ACMi’s dedicated admissions server for secure student access.
After clicking on the button: You are prompt to https://acmicms.xims.au/apply
Sign up, choose your preferred course and intake, then complete your contact and education details.
Your offer will arrive securely in your student portal for review.
Use DocuSign to sign the offer. If you need changes, message Admissions via your portal.
Pay online with debit or credit card (Stripe) or transfer directly to ACMi’s bank account.
Once payment is confirmed, your Confirmation of Enrolment is uploaded to your portal.
Apply for your visa, manage CoE changes and OSHC through the portal as needed.
If no visa is required, simply wait for your intake date and start your course.
Use your agent login to start a new student application.
Provide the student’s course choice, intake and personal information.
Review the offer with the student and request any changes via Admissions.
Pay the deposit by card or bank transfer for your student.
Ensure the student’s CoE is available in the portal once issued.
Assist offshore students with visa steps and OSHC, or monitor local intake dates for onshore students.
Access ACMi’s dedicated enrolment server for a safe and reliable application experience.
Letters of Offer and CoEs are sent directly to your portal for quick review and action.
